This apartment stands out for its location, care, decoration, and its impressive roof terrace from which to enjoy a wonderful sunset. It is in a pedestrian area, with little traffic, but very well located as you can see on the map (C/ Flor). That makes it a very quiet accommodation, which allows you to rest, but also enjoy without a car, as you have everything a stone's throw away (beach 350 meters, street pubs 150, supersol supermarket 200 meters, etc... It is rented both to couples and groups of friends, families, and is enabled for groups of up to 8 people (although we recommend a maximum of 6), if you want to spend a weekend or a whole week enjoying the night of Conil and its magnificent beaches. If you want to spend a pleasant stay in a comfortable, quiet and close to everything, this is your choice. We rent for single days, not being necessary to take weeks or fortnights, that if, the price goes down the more days you take. The apartment is prepared to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It has an intelligent lock, through which we manage your arrival without having to wait for anyone to come to the apartment to open the door. The bathroom has been recently renovated and has all kinds of amenities, such as anti-fogging mirror, thermostatic shower with extra large shower head, and a pressure pump exclusive to this accommodation. On the roof terrace there are chairs and tables to enjoy lunch and dinner with the batel beach as a backdrop. It also has air conditioning in the living room, and wifi connection of 300 megabytes which is more than enough for several devices to navigate at maximum speed. You have 3 TVs (in the living room one of 50 inches) with integrated Chromecast so you can send content from your mobile to each of them. It is one of the best maintained apartments in Conil, because we want our guests to feel better than in their own home.
