The Neptuno complex in which the Alcocéber Centro 3000 Apartments are located has flats with 1, 2 or 3 double bedrooms with the addition of a sofa bed in the lounge-dining room, thus having a maximum capacity of 8 people who can comfortably enjoy the refurbished facilities of the building. The complex has been recently built, so both its facilities and furniture are practically brand new, making it perfect for families or friends looking for quality accommodation in an exceptional location. The flats have 1, 2 or 3 double bedrooms with double beds or 2 single beds, the usual distribution being 1 bedroom with a double bed and the rest with single beds. The client can indicate a preference in the type of bed which will be taken into account although it will not be assured until arrival. In addition to the bedrooms, all the flats have a double sofa bed in the living-dining room, which is equipped with television and the basic furniture to enjoy a holiday. All the flats have a bathroom and toilet and a terrace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with the basic kitchenware according to the capacity of each flat. The flat is delivered with bed linen but not with table linen or towels, the latter can be rented at reception. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, hob, washing machine, coffee machine and kitchenware appropriate to the capacity of each unit. Bed linen is provided for all guests. The spaciousness of all the rooms in the flats should be highlighted, ideal for families who want to spend long stays on the beach, which is unusual for beach flats.
