Property information

The Bellreguard 3000 Apartments are studios for up to 4 people with 2 double sofa beds in the living-dining room. These studios have a kitchenette with washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge and microwave. All the flats have a full bathroom and a terrace from which you can enjoy the pleasant temperatures of the beach during the summer evenings and nights. They are small and cosy studios ideal for couples or families looking for an economical option, they do not have a separate bedroom but the distribution is more than correct so you can spend a great holiday, with everything you need close at hand. Our Gandia Bellreguard 3000 Apartments have a swimming pool, open in the summer season 2022 from 1st July to 15th September. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Bookings for under 25s, groups and stag/hen parties will require pre-authorisation by credit card of 100 euros per person. This amount is fully refundable, only as a guarantee that the accommodation and its contents will be used responsibly.

The Bellreguard 3000 Apartments in Gandía are located in the town of Bellreguard, 9km from Gandía Playa and just 40 metres from Bellreguard beach. A small beach town that enjoys a great tranquility both in winter and summer with quiet and calm beaches. If you are travelling by plane, Valencia airport is less than an hour away and Alicante airport is just over an hour and a quarter away, two airports with many national and international connections. If you travel by bus, there is a year round bus service between Gandia and Bellreguard; Bellreguard is also connected to the other towns with regular bus lines and even during the summer season there is a bus service that connects this Valencian town directly with Madrid. There is also a supermarket 10 metres away, a pharmacy 500 metres away and the health centre just one kilometre away. As well as a wide variety of bars and restaurants for you to enjoy the gastronomy of the area.
