Breakfast was outstanding, so fresh and tasty, there are continental options and then you order a cooked breakfast from the menu. They catered to my gluten free diet really well and provided schar bread and muffins. Lunches were pretty good too, the falafel salad is the nicest lunch I've ever had. We only had one dinner while we were there but it was good too. Sam from Ireland who works in the restaurant is a gem, she looked after us so well and got to know our kids likes and dislikes. Lovely chilled atmosphere around the pool, floaties were allowed which keeps kids amused. Staff are all very pleasant. The beds are the best I've slept in and the rooms are kept very clean. The cleaning staff were lovely too. We had a late flight and they allowed us to stay in our room for a couple of extra hours.

Had a great stay at Aqua Suites. It's a ten-minute walk from the beach and the Puerto del Carmen promenade. A couple of supermarkets are just 5 minutes away. Our room had a magnificent view over the pool, it was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast has various cold options from the buffet. You can also order some delicious hot options that will be cooked on order. We also tried dinner and can only recommend it. Every day there's different tasty specials in addition to the à la carte menu. The staff is welcoming, corteous and always happy to help. We would like to extend our special thanks to David and the lovely receptionist from Ecuador (so sorry we are this bad with names and didn't catch yours!) and to Christian at the restaurant. They are clearly passionate about their job and about providing an excellent service to their customers. Highly recommended!

-excellent breakfast: buffet, and to order options, nice long hours -gastronomic experience in the evening with dinner, very good -pools are heated very well!, big pool is perfect temperature, childrens pool felt like a bath, kids loved it! -we had a family suite, 1 large 2 person bed in the lving room, and 2 bedrooms: 1 with a sofa - sleeper, 1 with a bunkbed, kids loved it, and we liked the division of spaces

outstanding breakfasts, fabulous heated pool, small pool area but ideal for us with 2 kids, we could keep eyes on them. the cleanest hotel i have every stayed in. short stroll down the hill to the strip.
