The fitted basement has its own kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and bedroom with two single beds, there is a ceiling fan to keep it cool. VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION The number of rooms open will depend on the number of adults involved in the reservation. For example, 4 people = two rooms, 6 people = 3 bedrooms and so on. Should you wish to use all rooms with a lesser occupancy, please note that the price will be increased. The minimum number of bedrooms opened will be determined by the base occupancy, this is, if the price increse from an occupancy of +4,+6,+8...and so on.
