Recently with my partner we open our new Architecture Firm in Miami called Fernandez Architecture offering architecture and interior design in Florida_USA We are specialist in renovations and build new apartments, houses, etc. all that you need to make a very good place to live! Other interested thing that I do, is teaching! yes I'm teacher of interior Design and other subjects in High School. Is a passion for me, I enjoy stay in class with my pupils and show all the real things to become a real professional, hard work but it feel me plain! I am holding NCARB, AIA and ASID certifies as a professional Architect and Interior Designer in USA I'm specialist in LEED construction and design, singular homes or all that you'll need to make a new experience enjoying your home! Beach Apartment is a special apartment as I lived with my parents for many years and we spent many and nice moments together as a family, I hope you enjoy it as much as we did! See you!

As our guests tell us, it is perfect to spend a few days on the beach both in summer and winter and visit a beautiful modernist city. Our apartment is 2 minutes walk from everything you need! The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed, a living room with kitchen and a bathroom. Also fits for 4 guests. The whole apartment has exterior windows overlooking the sea !. In addition, the apartment is on the fourth level in the center with many townhouses around, so the apartment is the highest point in the center. Also, if you want to visit the city of Barcelona, take the train 5 minutes on foot and in less than 1 hour you will find Plaza Catalunya in the center of the city of Barcelona. *For stays longer than one month may apply an extra fee of supplies if any of them is very excessive.

If we still do not have the necessary information one week before your arrival date, the additional charge will be €100. If the information is provided on the day of check-in, the charge will be €150.
