Property information

This charming and modern villa is located in Alcanada, just a few minutes drive from Port Alcudia. The area offers some good restaurants, the best golf course in Mallorca, a small beach and rock bathing. The swimming pool is located in front of the villa and has sun loungers and parasol for a relaxing holiday. The bright living room is impeccably furnished with large comfortable sofas, a large television and a seating table with chairs, which has stunning views of the sea and the bay of Alcudia. In front of the property is the beach with crystal clear waters. The modern and elegant kitchen is fully equipped. The villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and the other with two single beds, they share a bathroom with a bathtub. The third bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is private parking in the same building. In the large garage we have a place to store bicycles.
