Layout of the villa: With 110 m2 of living space the villa is distributed on a single floor. At the entrance to the villa we find a small hall that gives access to the bedrooms and bathrooms, distributed as follows: one bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning, a second bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning. Going down a small flight of stairs of 4 steps, we access the very warm and spacious living room with a fireplace and air conditioning, divided into two areas, one with a dining table, and a sofa area with TV. From the living room there is access to a beautiful glazed terrace that can be used all year round and through which a beautiful natural light enters, ideal for breakfast with fantastic views and a fully equipped and independent kitchen. The whole house has central heating and free wifi. Exterior of the villa: The entrance to the plot is completely flat, and there is space to park several vehicles.
