Ottima accoglienza da parte della Sig.ra Patricia, disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo anche trovato un dolce benvenuto composto da frutta, acqua e cioccolatini. Appartamento in un complesso residenziale con piscina e accesso diretto al lungomare, curato nel dettaglio e molto confortevole. Se dovessimo tornare a Lanzarote, prenderemo in considerazione sicuramente questo appartamento. Ottima posizione per visitare tutta l'isola e per raggiungere l'aeroporto.

The apartment "BLUE VIEW" remodeled, 1 bedroom (sofa bed for 2 people additional), with kitchen and bathroom in complex of Costa Teguise, which is private, quiet and is strategically located with direct and exclusive access to the promenade that connects with Playa Bastián and commercial premises in the area, since it is a few minutes walk to the different restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. It also has a private pools and beautiful communal gardens. The completely remodeled "BLUE VIEW" apartment has furniture, kitchen and bathroom with new shower, full service international television and unlimited Wi-Fi; It is located on the first floor without elevator, which offers beautiful direct views of the Atlantic Ocean and the famous Bastian Beach. It is ideal to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on the paradisiacal island and unique in its style, such as Lanzarote. It is really well equipped, exquisitely decorated and maintained. Facilities: • The living room, kitchen and balcony are part of a single spacious and bright loft environment. • Comfortable double bed in a good size bedroom. In addition to a sofa bed in which up to 2 people enter. • Modern bathroom with washing machine. • Optional upon request and with additional cost: traveling cot, high chair, bottle sterilizer, etc. Access to private pools with purified seawater and Costa Teguise promenade from the same complex. The temperature of the pool in the winter months ranges between 19 and 22 degrees since the sun gives it full all day and heats the water; In summer it can reach 24 or 25 degrees. From the main entrance of the residential you have access to the beautiful Avenida El Mar, where you will find food outlets, restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarket and other options.
