The apartment "BLUE VIEW" remodeled, 1 bedroom (sofa bed for 2 people additional), with kitchen and bathroom in complex of Costa Teguise, which is private, quiet and is strategically located with direct and exclusive access to the promenade that connects with Playa Bastián and commercial premises in the area, since it is a few minutes walk to the different restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. It also has a private pools and beautiful communal gardens. The completely remodeled "BLUE VIEW" apartment has furniture, kitchen and bathroom with new shower, full service international television and unlimited Wi-Fi; It is located on the first floor without elevator, which offers beautiful direct views of the Atlantic Ocean and the famous Bastian Beach. It is ideal to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on the paradisiacal island and unique in its style, such as Lanzarote. It is really well equipped, exquisitely decorated and maintained. Facilities: • The living room, kitchen and balcony are part of a single spacious and bright loft environment. • Comfortable double bed in a good size bedroom.
