Cozy and very clean appartment near the city center of Santander. Equipped with everything you need. It was actually like renting someones flat. You have all that is needed to live in such a place, Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine to do the laundry, TV, internet. Even things to do some ironing if its needed.

The location was good. Sergio was very helpful and answered all our queries straightaway. There was a very good supermarket a minute away. Both the lighting and supply of sockets for laptops, mobiles etc were excellent.

The studio is located in a very center - just few minutes from the bus stops and Bus and Railway station so it made a very good starting point for our travels and also for taking a twenty minute bus ride to the Sardinero Beach. SInce it is located on the top floor it is also very quiet and full of natural light. There is a a heater so we could have warmed it up when the weather got worse. The kitchen has all the basic staff and in the bathroom you will find basic staff like washing machine plus washing powder which was useful since we stayed a week there. Just around the corner there is a large shop of LUPA so we made shopping and prepared some meals which was comfortable after a long day of travelling. Sergio was friendly and helpful with recomendations. So altogether we really liked the place and enjoyed our stay there.

The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The location was great and very central, close to the bus station and close to great cafes and restaurants. The owner and host, Sergio, was very attentive and helped us with all our questions very promptly! :)

Una buhardilla reformada, con un toque bohemio encantador. La ubicación excelente Sino te gusta depender de recepciones de hoteles, limitar tu espacio a una habitación y un baño, buscas más independencia ,es ideal. El propietario es amable, atento y te facilita lo necesario para que te sientas 100% cómodo.

Me encantó la luminosidad y el encanto del estudio. La cama muy cómoda, el dormitorio sencillo y con mucho detalle. El salón muy luminoso y acogedor, me sentí como en casa. La cocina con todo lo necesario y el baño muy bien equipado. Céntrico y muy tranquilo.

Nos ha encantado el apartamento, no le faltaba detalle (tenía secador, muchas cosas de cocina, juegos de mesa...). Es muy acogedor, está muy bonito decorado y está ubicado en una zona muy céntrica.
