Property information

Beautiful country house in the village of Pollença. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Charming outside area with a porch, terraces and garden. You can sunbathe on the 4 sun loungers or play with the childres on the lawn, surrounding part of the house. The furnished porch with two armchairs and a cozy sofa is ideal for reading a book or enjoying a glass of good Mallorcan wine. There is an outdoor dining table for pleasant moments with your family or to prepare a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced. This house is distributed over two floors. The living- and dining room features a sofa, two comfortable armchairs, satellite TV and a dining table. The independent kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher has all necessary utensils to cook. There is a washing machine and iron. On the ground floor you can find a bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms, both with shower, one of them in exterior. If you travel with a baby we can provide you with a crib and highchair. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms: one with double bed and one with two single beds, both with wardrobe and fan. There is a bathroom with bathtub. Here you will find a terrace with beautiful views.

Pollença is a beautiful village at the foot of Sierra de Tramuntana inhabited mainly by local poeple. It has a port with about 7 km of wonderful beaches and a rich commercial and hostelry life that will allow you to stroll through its shops or to taste the typical food in its restaurants of fresh fish or typical Mallorcan food. The history of Pollença can be lived walking through its old town preserved intact for years. You can go hiking and visit the Sanctuary of Lluc, the village of Llucalcari or the Escorca hidden in our Sierra.
