Relax on the white beach of the Costa Blanca while the sun shines non-stop. Or discover the inland in the east of Spain, where you can walk on ancient hiking trails that lead you through the mountains. Welcome to Can Elisa, an idyllic holiday home with two apartments and a safari tent in the authentic village Tàrbena on the Costa Blanca! Can Elisa is surrounded by the mountain range Sierra de Bernia and is at the same time close to the beach, so that you can enjoy both landscapes optimally during your stay in Spain. If you like city trips, you have come to the right place at Can Elisa: away from mass tourism and yet close to the popular beaches on the Mediterranean. Altea, Benidorm, Alicante and Valencia are easy to reach by car. The driving distance varies between 30 minutes and two hours.
We, Linda and Jasper, started in September 2014 with the realization of our dream: Guesthouse Can Elisa in Tarbena. A magnificent place, a fantastic house and a wonderful location that we would like to share with you. Both of us are born in the Netherlands. Since 2016 we live fulltime in Spain and enjoy hosting guests and making sure there holiday is as perfect as can be. We look forward to receiving you, for questions, just drop us a message..
In the heart of the province of Alicante and nestled in the mountains lies Tàrbena. A small village with winding narrow streets, views and a number of natural water sources. Tàrbena is surrounded by almond groves and there is a quiet authentic Spanish atmosphere. Between January and March the mountains around Tàrbena color white and pink because then the almond trees are full of flowers with blossoms. The surroundings of Tàrbena are ideal for an active holiday, you can hike, cycle, climb and practice various activities at sea such as snorkeling, kayaking or subbing. Would you like to relax? Relax completely, enjoy nature, the various restaurants, the beach and Spanish life. Although the village of Tàrbena with its 600 inhabitants is a small village, it is fully equipped. Tàrbena has a supermarket where you can go for daily groceries. Every Thursday there is a local market where, among other things, fresh vegetables from the region are sold. Also for fresh bread you do not have to drive far, Tàrbena has 2 bakeries, 1 of which bakes on a wood fire in a traditional way. In the area of gastronomy you are at the right place in Tàrbena.
