We are a company active since 2015, specialized in the management of real estate properties intended for holiday use and we carry out our activity with passion, enthusiasm and great professionalism. Courtesy and availability have always distinguished us.

Property information

Brand new terraced house, perfect for large families or groups of friends. With fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and numerous small appliances; two bathrooms (with bath, shower and bidet) three bedrooms and a sofa bed. Outside it offers a large garden with sun loungers, a swing, a large table and chairs for al fresco dining together and the possibility of using the barbecue. Two bicycles are also available (for a fee).

Neighbourhood information

Origo Mare is located on the north coast of Fuerteventura, just a few minutes' walk from Majanicho, a small fishing village with a white sand beach, popular popcorn beach, and the best surfing spots on the island. The coast here has remained untouched so far and makes this place a paradise for surfers. It is also a great place for hiking with a unique volcanic scenery that offers spectacular sea views as far as Lanzarote. A few minutes by car you reach Lajares, a town that offers all kinds of services, surf schools, supermarket, bars where you can have an excellent breakfast, restaurants, pizzerias, clubs with live music, souvenir shops and fine local crafts. For free use of all guests there are tennis and paddle courts, swimming pool, and beach volleyball in the neighborhood. It is also possible to take advantage of other services offered by the resort present in the complex such as the restaurant and the water park : THESE FACILITIES ARE MANAGED DIRECTLY BY THE HOTEL AND THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING, IN ORDER TO ACCESS IT IS NECESSARY TO CECK AVAILABILITY AND PRICES AT THE RECEPTION. Adjacent to the same are a minimarket, a bar lounge, a vending machine for drinks and snacks, a tour desk and a bicycle rental.
