Very well equipped, everything felt fresh and new. Great location in a lovely little town by the sea. Quirky design and friendly check in. Rooftop terrace with a view of the sea. We only stayed one night, wish it had been longer!

Hi, we are a group of friends who fall in love with Fuerteventura and have designed our dream building our place at Casa Allegranza. We restored the property in early 2022 dreaming of a place where people could feel at home in the heart of Cotillo. For us it is a pleasure to host you at Casa Allegranza and show you all the pieces of furniture that we have created with our hands starting from recycled materials and coming from all over the world. Our passion for motors and two wheels is reflected in the choice of furniture that has brought a touch of style to every loft with motorbikes, tires, wheels and parts of motorcycles as a frame. We are very happy to host you and look forward to sharing our favorite places on the island with you. If this is the first time you visit the island, Casa Allegranza is perfect for you because we can guide you and advise you based on what you like best.

Property information

Casa Allegranza is a unique building with 6 apartments a few steps from the sea, ideal for friends who want privacy but also want to spend time together. The common terrace has a sea view, the terrace has an area dedicated to smart working with fast connection and a barbecue for your dinners with friends. Each apartment is equipped with all comforts, from the coffee machine to the washing machine. The property also has a garage on the ground floor where you can safely store surfboards, strollers and large luggage. the whole building has just been restored and all apartments are new. The center of Cotillo can be reached on foot in less than 1 minute, a few steps away there is also a Market, a bar and several typical restaurants. Please note that the terrace is a shared space with our 6 apartments. All our guests have access to the facilities of the terrace like the outdoor kitchen, barbecue and relaxation area so please be respectful.

Neighbourhood information

Casa Allegranza is located in the center of El Cotillo, the village is very characteristic and quiet, it mainly attracts surfers and tourists looking for authentic experiences. A few hundred meters away there is one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, within walking distance. Even the center with bars, restaurants and live music is just a few meters from the main door of Casa Allegranza.
