Casa Alto in Javea, holiday home for 6 persons, (2 floors), with internet, has on the ground floor 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning, 2 bathrooms, living-room, dining-room and kitchen. On the 1st floor, is an apartment (with separate entrance), with living/room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Casa Alto has a private swimming-pool of 8x4 meters, surrounded by large terrace with 4 sunbeds, outside shower, cane sofá + 2 chairs and outside kitchen. There is another terrace as well with garden furniture and brick built barbecue., a surface of 160 m2 on a plot of 1.100 m2 and is situated in the urbanization Balcon al Mar in Jávea. From the villa and garden is view on a forest. Casa Alto has a living/room on the ground floor with couch, 2 arm-chairs, fire place, flat screen TV and DVD player. And a kitchen on the ground-floor, with gas hob, microwave, combi grill, kettle, coffee percolator, toaster, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The washing machine is in one of the bathrooms. Restaurants and supermarket in the urbanization. The distance to the Arenal beach, with shops, bars and restaurants is 7 kilometers. Pets are not allowed.
