The central location, the facilities in the area. Studio was nicely laid out and comfortable. Doramas was very friendly and helpful, who let us into the apartment, and did his maximum to assist. Left blankets and dog bowls for our dog, sun hat and beach towels too. Nice little balcony overlooking the music square. Places to lay out on the upstairs terrace, and washing machines etc. Would stay again.
