On the 1st floor, are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, on the ground-floor, with separate entrance, are 2 bedrooms (connected with eachother) and 1 bathroom, the villa is situated in the Urbanization Tosalet III fase in Jávea. The surface of Casa Bibi is 250m2 on a plot of 1.000m2. From the terrace on the 1st floor is view at the mountain Montgó. The distance to the Arenal beach with restaurants, shops and bars is 4,3km. Pets are allowed.
