120 m² apartment 70 m from the beach. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, access is via a staircase. Access to the bedroom and the roof terrace also has access by stairs. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It consists of a living/dining room with hot/cold air conditioning, a French window opening onto the balcony. A bathroom with bath/shower, wc, hair dryer, first aid kit. Fully equipped kitchen: hob, extractor, fridge, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, ... It overlooks the rear terrace with table, chairs and barbecue. 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 6 people ( a double bed and 2 x 2 single beds). A corridor with stairs gives access to the air-conditioned bedroom and the 75 m² roof terrace. You will find on it 4 deckchairs as well as a garden furniture to enjoy the sun. A washing machine and 2 bicycles are at your disposal. We accept animals (dogs, cats) with prior agreement. Wifi on prior request and at an additional cost (4G key)
We are a dynamic couple full of joie de vivre. We want you to discover through the location of our apartment the fishing village of Los Nietos. It is an authentic and family place. Always looking for new places, our apartment is a starting point for many discoveries. We wish you a good stay in our "casa bounty". Los Nietos is a fishing village on the Mar Menor. The ideal place to enjoy the calm of the inland sea. There are also beautiful walks in the nature reserve located close to the apartment. Cartagena is only 20 minutes away, this port city can be reached by tram from Los Nietos. There is also everything you need for shopping, aperitifs at the village bars and several restaurants. If you prefer the crashing waves of the Mediterranean Sea, Cabo de Palos with its charming fishing port is a 5 minute drive away. The Calblanque Nation Natural Park with its rugged and totally unspoilt coastline, peaceful, with many species of wildlife is a 10 minute drive away. Nav. from Los Belones in summer.
The nearby village of Los Belones is a 15 minute walk away with its lively centre, bars and restaurants. For your evenings, Cartagena is 20 minutes away by car. Historic Romanesque town with its magnificent harbour, stunning architecture and winding streets with all kinds of shops. On weekend evenings, Cartagena comes alive with street performances around Piazza de Rome which is lined with great restaurants. The best preserved amphitheater outside of Rome is also here and is used for concerts. On foot or by bike, the Mar Menor welcomes you with beautiful soft sandy beaches and warm waters. Beautiful walks by the sea that stretch for several kilometres. In the side streets of the beach several bars and restaurants serve incredible local specialties. The region is particularly renowned for its fresh fish and seafood. The sea of ​​the Mar Menor is a vast lagoon measuring 27 km long, 9 km wide but only 7 meters deep in its center, which makes it ideal for families as well as water sports enthusiasts, waters are always warmer than the Mediterranean Sea.
