Property information

Charming country house on the outskirts of Pollensa, just 1.7 km from the city center, which you can walk to with a short walk and the closest beach is only 4.5 km away. In the villa we can find a pool of 8 by 4.5 meters with a beautiful garden with trees and seasonal flowers, a shower, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a barbecue to enjoy delicious grilled meals and a covered porch to dine in. cooler nights. When we enter the house we find the living room with TV, where there is a large arch-shaped window where you can enjoy reading or relaxing, to the left is the kitchen-dining room and next to it there is a bathroom with a bathtub, bidet and WC, and a bedroom with a 150 cm bed. If we go up to the first floor there is a bedroom with two beds, next to it there is another room with two more beds and if we continue to the end of the corridor on the left side there is a bathroom with a bathtub, bidet and toilet, and on the right side there is another bedroom with a double bed. This villa is perfect for family vacations with children or holidays with friends. Free parking in the house.
