Superb location!! Cant beat the location here, its so central and on a quiet street. it on the ground floor, which is so helpful when you have your bags, or you come back from grocery shopping. All the amenities are there for self-catering with a good sized 2nd bedroom for children. Grateful for the box for toys for children, that's a great touch.

Hello! Thank you so much for deciding to stay at our home! Rocio is from Seville and Walter is from Seattle, WA. We are newlyweds that decided to start our family here In Seville. We work here, live here, and play here. We love this area and we hope you will love it just as much as we do! We love spending time with our dog and two young girls ages two and three. Traveling and meeting new people Is one of our favorite activities so please don't hesitate to reach out to us! In fact this is one of the reasons we decided to get into this business. We are most accessible by text or email during the day. Thank you again, and we look forward to welcoming you to Historic Seville!

Our goal with this apartment is to make you feel at home with all the amenities you expect. Our freshly renovated large downtown apartment features a classic modern style situated in the heart of the historical zone of Seville. The apartment features spacious 4,6-meter-tall ceilings with it's original wooden beams spanning across. The exposed brick column and tiles accentuates the classic look. The upstairs bedroom is the most comfortable with a queen size bed and private bathroom. The large downstairs bedroom has two twin size beds and access to the outdoor Interior patio. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern amenities you need. Enjoy fast and free unlimited 100mb WiFi speed and a Samsung Smart LED TV. We just got done renovating every single aspect of our apartment. We basically tore it down to the cement floor and then rebuilt it with functionality and design in mind. The result was a crisp all classic modern apartment that provides everything you need for a relaxing and romantic holiday in the heart of historic Seville.
