Property information

Location: Porto Saler towards Ca Marroig, a few minutes from the port and adjacent to the salt lake, ideal for adult couples. Description: Quiet, welcoming and functional field house, with enclosed garden and wonderful view from the terrace. Equipped with 2 double bedrooms, one with a TV in the room, 1 bathroom with shower, living room overlooking the terrace with large French windows, kitchen equipped with gas oven. Large terrace at the entrance equipped for outdoor dining and garden with barbecue. Outdoor shower, air conditioning and private parking IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO HAVE PARTIES! IN THE HOUSE THERE IS A BAR OF HAND SOAP, LARGE AND SMALL TOWELS FOR THE SHOWER, A SINGLE ROLL OF TOILET PAPER PER BATHROOM AND SHEETS.
