Detached house of 150 square meters, located at the foot of Montseny and just 800 meters from the town of Sant Antoni de Vilamajor. Located in a very quiet area where you can hear the birds singing, it has a magnificent living room, a splendid kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms and has a swimming pool, barbecue, wood-burning fireplace, garden and bikes. Renovated in 2023, it is decorated in a Nordic style, with wooden ceilings, beams, and ceramic parquet floors. The space is extremely comfortable, and has books and board games to liven up the time. The kitchen is large, and barbecue enthusiasts will be able to prepare magnificent family meals. The location is magnificent, just a few meters away you have access to the Montseny Natural Park, and its location is privileged, because it is located between three natural parks, Montseny, Montnegre-Corredor and Serrelada del Litoral. These parks are paradise for mountain lovers, both for their wealth of prehistoric remains, as well as for their countless trails and wonderful views. Even though the location is in the mountains, the Cabrera de Mar beach is 20 minutes away by car, and the Sant Pol de Mar beach is 40 minutes away. 10 minutes from our house is La Roca Village, which is the largest Oultlet in Catalonia in brand clothing. The area also has several horse riding arenas, a Karting circuit in Cardedeu, and Paddle and Tennis courts a few minutes from the house. We offer our clients two bicycles with which they can discover magnificent spaces.
We love to travel, and we have been staying in private homes for over 20 years. We have tried to provide our houses with the best of each one we have stayed in. We like to receive our clients and help them during their stay with recommendations for restaurants, routes, activities, etc. For us this activity goes beyond a simple rental, and we try to make the stay in our house an experience that remains in the memory of our clients. We take care of the cleaning and maintenance of the pool during our clients' stay, so that they can fully dedicate themselves to enjoying the facilities. Among our hobbies are cycling, walking in the mountains, and reading.
The house is located on the outskirts of Sant Antoni de Vilamajor. It is a very quiet area, surrounded by nature, with a lot of silence, in which large plots predominate, and where the majority of neighbors have established their permanent residence. Just 600 meters away is one of the accesses to the Montseny Natural Park. 800 meters away is the town that has a large supermarket and two smaller ones. You will also find village shops with magnificent meats and sausages, and a bakery/pastry shop that has received the award for the best chocolate and the second best cheesecake in Europe. Of course, both in Sant Antoni and in the surrounding area you will find magnificent restaurants, where you can enjoy their careful cuisines. Children will be able to have a great time in our pool, and also in the vertical forest located in Sant Antoni de Vilamayor, where there are plenty of zip lines and circuits expressly designed for them.
