Property information

Fully renovated semi-detached house with private pool. The house has 2 floors and capacity for 6 people. On the ground floor there is the kitchen and the dining room, together with a toilet. On the second floor up the stairs, a second bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms and one with a bunk bed. In addition to a balcony with a chill out area. Finally leaving the dining room we find the exit to the terrace with the fabulous pool and shower ideal for summer holidays. A fantastic house to enjoy the warmth and good weather with family or friends.

Palamós is a coastal town with its promenade, its exquisite restoration area, its old town, and a lot of youth movement. But let's not forget that we talk about the Costa Brava, an ideal destination that adapts to all tastes and concerns. But above all, the territory of "l'Empordà" is famous for its wine tastings and exquisite gastronomy.
