The house is located in a totally privileged place since it is located on the outskirts of the city, but just 12 minutes from Malaga capital (6.3km), being surrounded by nature, offering tranquility and beautiful views of both the mountains like the city and the sea. At the entrance of the house is the living-dining room that has a fireplace, next to this room is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. In this space is the full bathroom on the ground floor. On this floor there are also two bedrooms; the first next to the living room, with a double bed and two singles. The second is divided into two floors and is closer to the entrance, with a double bed and a single bed on the ground floor, while on the upper floor there is a double bed and a single bed. On the upper floor there is the other full bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and a double bed, and the other with two bunk beds and a double bed. The outdoor area is the strong point of the house, since there is a summer kitchen with a built-in barbecue, a sink and a large rustic table, as well as a large covered room with a sofa, table and bar with a fridge/freezer. . In this area there is also another full bathroom. However, what is most striking is the upper space where the beautiful pool is located from where you can enjoy the impressive environment that surrounds the home. In this area there is an outdoor shower, chairs and four sun loungers.
