Cancelaron nuestro ferry a Formentera por mal tiempo y nos fué imposible llegar en la fecha prevista. El propietario fué inflexible en cuanto al reembolso pero muy amablemente nos ofreció, no solo postponer un día nuestra llegada para no perder ninguna noche de estancia, sino un upgrade a una casa mucho mas grande y de categoría superior por el mismo precio. Hemos estado muy a gusto. La casa es estupenda y le estamos muy agradecidos por la ayuda para solucionar el imprevisto. Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable. ¡Gracias!
