I guess you want to know who we are? That's pretty simple really. HMR Holidays is owned and run by the Roche Family. The nice thing about HMR Holidays is that we're family. Howard is the "old man/boss" and is married to Irene. They started the business over 8 years a go. Almost 3 years a go they were joined by their Son (that's me by the way) Iain and partner Lucy. We decided to leave the UK and start our new life in Moraira, assisting the running of the family business. We brought with us our 2 children Isabella and Oscar. During the summer we employ a team of wonderful cleaners and helpers to assist with the rentals. All of our staff are fully legal and work very hard to ensure you all have a wonderful stay in Moraira.

Casa Safran is ideally located in a very quiet area just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Moraira and the wonderful beach. The villa comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is distributed over 2 levels. The villa is accessed at ground floor level. Upon entering you will find a hall area which leads onto the first 2 bedrooms and shared bathroom, the large open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area is also access from this hall. The Lounge area opens out onto a wonderful terrace with sitting and dining area. At the lower level, access via the internal staircase you will find a further bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and sitting room, perfect for older kids or the friends. All bedrooms have AC. Externally the villa has wonderful gardens and a good size pool area to relax and enjoy those long summer days. The villa has parking for 1 car with more space on the very quiet street. The villa has AC and WIFI and UK TV at no additional cost.
