The apartment is a Penthouse with an upper deck that boasts spectacular views across the Casares/Dona Julia Golf courses, to the mountains and also to Gibraltar and Morocco (weather permitting) and is not overlooked. The complex houses 2 swimming pools, beautifully maintained lush gardens and is a stones throw from Casares Golf course and Finca Courtesan. Gibraltar is 35 mins away by car and Morocco a couple of hours. If you feel particularly adventurous, Sierra Nevada is within reach during the winter months for skiing and takes about 2 1/2 hours to drive to. Secure parking is available with a dedicated space provided in the underground garage accessed by electronic key fob. Security is great with access to the complex via electronic tags so anyone without correct clearance cannot gain access to the urbanisation. Everyone in the complex is friendly and approachable and always willing to help.

I love this area of Spain. As a keen golfer, it is a dream to be able to walk across the road and be on the Casares golf course or to play on the Finca Courtesan or Dona Julia. You are truly spoilt for choice being on the Costa del Golf. The resort is also great for families who prefer beach holidays or lounging around the pool. For those who are health conscious, Casares Golf even has a gym with many classes to attend to keep you toned. The neighbourhood has a gated community and is family orientated. There are many beautiful beaches to explore, even within walking distance. I can particularly recommend a drive to Sotogrande port where on a Friday night, the Hairy Lemon restaurant has Tapas for 1e. The whole area has a wonderful vibe and there is always something to do. Take time out to visit Gibraltar and explore the Duty free shops for anything from electronic goods, to designer clothes, alcohol and tobacco and then venture to the top of the rock to see the barbary apes roaming freely. Just make sure you keep an eye on your belongings as the apes are not afraid to relieve you of bags and food! Nearby are the ports of Duquesa and Estepona, which has a Sunday market!
