All furniture and appliances, including air conditioning, are new, purchased at the end of 2023 and beginning of 2024 to ensure that you enjoy it without any inconvenience. Parties or events cannot be held at this accommodation. It is located in a very quiet area.

We are a Spanish/Dutch family with two children, ages 3 and 5. We love being in contact with nature and taking long walks through the forest or mountains. We are passionate about traveling and we continue to do so despite having children. We know how important it is to find a vacation home where your children can be safe and entertained, which is why Casita Caracola is the perfect place for this. We have prepared this house so that both couples and families can have all the necessary comforts to spend a great vacation. We are always available via the app or via phone. Between Denia and Javea, on the southern slope of the Montgó, we find the town of Jesús Pobre. It is located right halfway between Valencia and Alicante, so flying to either is possible and it is more or less 1 hour by car. It is located near points of interest such as the gold club, mountains for hiking, between Denia and Javea and close to other destinations such as Terra Natura, Terra Mítica, Aqua Natura in Benidorm. The town of Jesus Pobre has approximately 800 inhabitants and is located 10 km from the urban center of Dénia and Javea. Its landscape is marked by its proximity to the Montgó Natural Park, with typical country houses and traditional dryland crops (vines, almond trees, olive groves, etc.) and irrigated citrus groves. This town belongs to the Ruta dels Riuraus. You can do hiking trails leaving the town. In the summer season, the towns of Denia or Javea can be a little saturated with people, but the area of ​​Jesus Pobre, where this little house is located, is a quieter area, except on Sundays when the "market of the Riurau". It is a market of organic and local food, with live music, typical dances of the area,... In this town there is a pharmacy, tobacco shop, bank, bakery, a small supermarket and 3 restaurants serving traditional local food.
