Communication from staff was very good. Helpful and guidance to pick up keys excellent. Apartment was a good size, well fitted out with some nice touches for "homeliness" and decorations. Well maintained Apartment in a lovely location. Access direct to the promenade and an easy walk in to the busier part of CT. Local restaurants directly outside and a smaller, but useful supermarket opposite. Easy to park outside.

Property information

Rent a special place in Lanzarote, rent Las Coronas 48 in Costa Teguise. On the beachfront, with a unique environment in the tourist center. A very quiet environment, ideal for a family or couple vacation. Exclusive complex with pool and bar. Only tourist rental. It's s ground floor 70 m2 . It consists of a living room, one bathroom renoved in may 2023, kitchen, large terrace with great views. Large garden areas with swimming pools. Less than two minutes walking to the promenade Las Coronas 48 is a functional apartment that has a TV, washing machine, dishwasher and free fast fiber WiFi. It's also include a kitchenette with hob, oven, microwave and a big fridge with freezer, a dining area and a private bathroom renoved in may 2023 with a walk in shower. Both bedrooms are spacious, one with a king size bed and one with two single beds. There is also a practical work area with a large desk for those who have to work. In addition, within a 1-minute walk you can find several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The airport is a 15-minute drive from the accommodation and the capital is a 10-minute drive away. Soap, shower gel and a toilet paper roll will be provided for first needs together with cleaning products and dishwashing detergent.
