Villa built in 1955 as a holiday residence, still retains elements of the time and has been modernized maintaining the charm of the original construction. Located next to Hotel Osiris and within the same premises, recommended for a relaxing holiday without renouncing a central location near the sea. Convenient for a relaxed holiday in a central location. House not suitable for groups of friends looking for party holiday (there are other options for that in the area), parties or activities that could disturb the neighborhood are not allowed . It has a private pool and also the sea is just a few steps away. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- VERY IMPORTANT **** Parties, events or other noisy activities that can disturb the tranquility and disturb the neighborhood and the hotel next are not allowed, If this happens, the contract will be canceled immediately and you will have to leave the house, without the right to a refund of the rent ****.
