The property is very well located and has everything you need inside. The pool is very nice and a good place to chill after a day at the beach. The location is amazing, at walking distance from the beach and several excellent restaurants. Staff was also very kind and helpful.

The apartment has a spacious living room and a fully furnished and equipped kitchen. The bed has a high quality extra long mattress (150"200 cm) to provide you with the best rest. Two ceiling fans allow creating a fresh environment with the comfort of remote control. The balcony offers the chance to have breakfast, lunch & dinner outside.

Puerto Rico is a vibrant small city situated on the southwest coast of Gran Canaria. It is the area of the Island with the most stable temperature and practically 100% sun guarantee all year long. The apartment is located a ten-minute walk from the beach of Puerto Rico in a really quiet area. This allows you to relax and enjoy peaceful days and nights. The supermarket is at 3 minute walking distance. The Beach of Amadores can be reached by a pleasant 20 minute walk along the panoramic promenade. At only 15 minutes walk you get to the three busy commercial centres i.e. the heart of Puerto Rico with a variety of restaurants, pubs shops and services.
