Hello, Our names are Johan and Lisa and we live in Puerto de Mazarrón on the Costa Calida in Spain. We run the company called Spaindinavia and work, in addition to Real Estate Agents, also as Property Managers, where we help owners to rent out their homes when they themselves are not in place. The Mazarron coast is a 35 kilometer long bay that has over 30 different beaches! Here you will find four different cities & villages: La Azohia, Isla Plana, Puerto de Mazarrón and Bolnuevo. Each with its own charm and Spanish experiences. Warmly welcome to our paradise! You will meet friendly people from Spaindinavia Rentals, who will meet you outside the property and hand over the keys. We will be nearby in case you need help during your stay, so don't hesitate to contact us if needed.

Property information

This is a fantastic city accommodation with close proximity to everything. Restaurants, bars and shops just around the corner. It is only 100 meters to Playa de Rihuete and Puerto de Mazarron's fabulous harbour and pier with all its restaurants and bars. Several food stores and shops as well as the market and everything within walking distance. The apartment is on the second floor and is bright and spacious with a balcony all around. 3 large bedrooms and all with new beds for the highest comfort. Free Wifi. Note that this apartment comes with a pre-paid system for the air-conditioner. A card can be bought from the property manager to a value of 10 or 20 euros. Also note that there is a TV, but no Spanish channels.
