Property information

Apartment seafront with direct access to the beach located in one of the most beautiful parts of Mallorca. Ideal to enjoy nice beach holiday in a touristic environment with the family or friends. This modular apartment complex is the work of architect Francisco Javier Sáenz de Oiza, its orientation Northeast coincides with the best views of the bay. The apartment is part of the "Iberostar Ciudad Blanca Alcudia" complex therefore the clients can use various facilities and you can also enjoy the exquisite Mediterranean cuisine that you can sample at the buffet or on the beach at “Beach Bar Medusa”. The property is on first floor and has been totally reformed, has a floor area of 98 m² and a maximum capacity of 6 persons, this modern and comfortable accommodation has everything you need to spend a lovely vacation in Mallorca: fully equipped Kitchen, living-dining room with double bed sofa, access on the terrace overlooking the sea, two double bedrooms one of them with one double bed and the other with trundle bed, one bathroom with shower, air conditioned through-out with heating, satellite TV and wifi connection.

This apartment is in a privileged enclave at only few steps away from the crystal clear waters of Alcudia beach that spreads over 7 kilometers. A beach of fine white sand and warm waters with Mediterranean pine greenery, equipped with all facilities, sunbeds, umbrellas, public baths and showers, water sports, beach bars and restaurants on the beach, plus a walk that runs along the bay to enjoy the surroundings. Next to the leisure area of Avenida Pere Mas i Reus, one of the most important touristic centers of Puerto de Alcudia with a wide selection of amenities. This apartment offers an exceptional stay for all those looking to spend a few leisure days enjoying the beach.
