Had a great 8 night stay at these apartments. Great location close to the sea, bars and restaurants. Supermarket a couple of minutes walk away, and a great pizza shop (Ganza) underneath apartments. Despite some loud late bars on the other side of the street it was really quiet in the apartment as there is a roller shutter on the balcony. We also had a great view down to the sea from our balcony (apt 10). Upstairs the small pool area is fantastic, and you can see for miles from inside the infinity pool over the bay to Lobos and right up the east coast of Lanzarote. The pool was heated to a pleasant temperature when we were there in March. You don’t get a key - instead a code for front door and a code for your room, once you remember them it’s actually easier than needing to remember a room key! During our stay towels were changed three times, and bins emptied, but room was not cleaned.

The property was extremely clean and modern with excellent facilities. The rooftop with the infinity pool is amazing which provides lovely views of the coastline. There’s plenty of space with a number of sunbeds for your comfort also. The brunch and drinks available on the rooftop is also of high quality. Location was perfect in regards proximity to the centre and also to the beach. The staff are all extremely friendly, helpful and responsive to your needs at all times. The room has all you need for a comfortable stay, our room also had a bath jacuzzi and smart TV which is always bonus! Overall, I would highly reccomend!

We LOVED staying at Coccoloba. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. The most comfy mattress and pillows, jacuzzi on our balcony, shared gym, jacuzzi and rooftop swimming pool. Motorised blinds, kitchenette. Perfect location at 2 steps from beach and restaurants. Change of towels every 2 days. Lift and air-conditioning. Lovely bar / cafe on the roof.

Extremely comfortable stay. Very quiet even though is just off the main strip. This was our second time to stay here. We brought our family back to stay with us this time and they were very impressed. Fantastic location and the staff were so helpful and friendly.
