Charming holiday flat of 57 m2 very close to the beach and with sea views. Spacious, bright and well equipped. From its east-facing terrace you can enjoy the sunrise over the sea, a relaxed breakfast or a romantic dinner with the moonrise over the sea. The flat is equipped with: -High speed WIFI Internet connection (fibre optic 300 MB) with good coverage throughout the house. -Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto type coffee machines (capsules not included), American filter type and moka type, kettle, juicer, washing machine. -Terrace with magnificent sea views, extendable table, chairs. You will also find cards and some toys for the little ones. -Cozy, comfortable and functional living room with sofa bed (appropiate for children to sleep), air conditioning, 43" Smart TV (connect your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +, etc) and laptop PC. -Master bedroom with a double bed 150x200, ceiling fan. -Full bathroom. Sufficient towels, sheets, etc. for all guests.
I am a fan of travelling. I love meeting different cultures, observing and enjoying the local way of life, taste the food, dealing with locals, etc. So that I can experience the true essence of each place. My apartments are not simply a place to stay but also contain a part of me and my life. During your stay, guests will have me at their disposal for any need, enquiry or doubt. Not only about the house, but also about places of cultural interest, restaurants, tradition, popular festivals, culture, etc. We personally meet the guests on arrival.
The property is located in a private urbanisation with easy and quick access to the motorway. The beach is only a 5 minutes walk away. To access the flat you have to go up 1.5 floors. Nearby you have all the necessary services for daily life such as supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, petrol station, cafes, bars, even a Mac Donald. The promenade and the commercial area with many shops, restaurants, etc. are only a 5 minutes walk away. Candelaria is an old fishing village with a lot of charm. Nowadays it is also a place of residence and summer residence for the local people, so you can experience the real life of the Canarian people. There is only one hotel. It is away from the crowded tourist destinations of the island but strategically located to visit the different points of interest of the island. It is the perfect place for excursions to other places of interest in Tenerife, as it is in a strategic area, close to the capital and the motorway links to the north and south of the island. The area is well communicated by public transport. In front of the urbanisation there is a bus stop.
