Pure peace: Apartment (2 rooms, WiFi) in a premium location right on the beach of Patalavaca in the popular Doñana complex on the 1st sea line - perfect for home offices, couples & singles of all ages. The elevator takes you to the beach, grocery store (Unide or Spar), bakery, doctor and great restaurants in 3 - 5 minutes. Bus & taxi rank right in front of the door. TOP VIEW & WiFi guaranteed. On the beach of Patalavaca - Arguineguín - Las Palmas - Gran Canaria - Spain Here you only hear the sound of the sea - everything you need is close by: pharmacy, doctor, bakery, restaurants... The apartment was renovated in February 2022 and the bed with mattress & Co was replaced. New Samsung TV with satellite and sofa in the living room - a new kitchen was installed in September 2022, all kitchen utensils are new. The facade of the complex is currently being renovated - but no restrictions are to be expected. In the apartment itself you don't hear anything - except for the sound of the sea. Fancy some peace, sun and sea in a 220 degree south-west location? Then you are right here. Long walks along the beach promenade in the neighboring town are beautiful. Nearby 5 restaurants ... Spanish-Italian-German ... everything there.

The apartment is located in the popular complex Doñana right on the beach of Patalavaca. There are several beautiful beaches in the immediate vicinity: The famous Anfi Beach - this is protected from waves by a pier and an island and offers many water sports options - parasailing, jet skiing, diving school, canoe rental, boat trips. Patalavaca beach consists of 2 bays separated only by a small rock plateau. La Lajilla Beach and Arguineguin Beach. Supermarket, restaurants and bus stop are just a walk away. Since the bathing season is here all year round, lifeguards always watch over the bathers, so that couples and singles also feel at home here during the holiday season, as do families with small children. All beaches are connected by a promenade. The golf course Anfi Tauro Golf is only 4 km away.
