This apartment was truly fantastic. We regularly visit Tenerife and this was by far the most amazing stay. The property is modern, clean and brand new. The location is perfect (walking distance everywhere —the apartment is in the centre of town but on a very quiet and calm street). We’ve already recommended to all friends and family.

Inside, the apartment is spacious, impeccably clean, and outfitted with modern furnishings. The kitchen, though large, went unused during my stay but seemed well-equipped for cooking enthusiasts. What stood out was the thoughtful accessibility features, particularly the shower and toilet designed for handicapped access, a great touch for inclusivity. Carmen, the host, was incredibly kind and made check-in effortless thanks to the smart access system. Overall, I highly recommend this flat for its location, cleanliness, and welcoming host.

Clean, very modern and well equipped, layout inside made it very easy to move around, small external space, comfortable bed, excellent shower and pretty quiet. There isn’t that much to do in Santa Cruz (a few nice museums, art galleries and architecture), but it has lovely parks to sit and relax in. The owner was very quick to reply to queries and her English was excellent. In the end, the whole stay was made very easy: there is good food and drink and the local people were extremely helpful, making for a very good break from UK weather and everyday hustle and bustle.

Very comfortable bed and sofa. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen area including a dishwasher. Excellent shower. Large TV with Netflix. Quiet corner of town, but convenient for the centre. Host responded promptly to queries . Secure entrance from street.

Lovely spacious apartment, great location - 2 mins to SuperDino supermarket, 5 mins to Parque García Sanabria, a gorgeous park, and a short walk to lots of great places to eat. About 25 mins to Santa Cruz Intercambiador (bus station) giving you easy access to other parts of the island. The kitchen has all the things you could need (I like to cook when I'm away) - coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plenty of pots & pans, even a small food processor! Lovely mood lighting too.

Superb comfortable apartment right in centre of Santa Cruz. Great Internet speed, large TV, 2 bedrooms.& bathrooms. Well supplied kitchen. Air-conditioning, comfortable beds. Host Carmen was excellent - very responsive and gave some great restaurant and parking suggestions.we loved the digital code check in., saves worrying about carrying a room key or card around the city. Water provided complimentary.
