This is an amazing spacious apartment not far from the city center, offering 2 separate bedrooms, living room + kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a giant hallway with separate laundry room. It is located in business/apartment center, so you have a supermarket on ground floor. It has all necessary utilities, including a complimentary bottle of wine. Great value for the money we have paid!

The apartment was amazing, it was huge with everything you could want, and a complimentary bottle of wine and water was a nice gesture. The location was perfect also and the fact that it had a car park was a bonus too.

Big apartment, 2 bathrooms is a bonus. Walking distance to any part of the town. The included car park si a blessing. It easily sleeps 6 (with 2 in the living room). Rooms are big and the washing machine works very well. It is a lot of apartment that you get for your money.

This place is amazing. We couldn't belive that it's all for us. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge livingroom and big kitchen with all the utensils. There's a parking space in a garage which you can use. We even got a bottle of wine! The location is great, in the center of Santa Cruz. Would definitely book it again and for more days!

Located in the heart of the city, these apartments provide more than you expect! It can easily host 4 people with comfort, and even 6 would be possible, if needed. 2 large bedrooms with wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, and a hall with a kitchen. All facilities for cooking are there, as well as washing machine, WI-FI, several TV sets etc. Everything is clean and neat. Every major place to see in the city is easily accessible on foot. The check-in and check-out process modernly organised through WhatsApp, you will get virtual keys to get into the apartments for the first time. It was cool experience, though I am not sure what would be the alternative if one doesn't have an internet connection. It were the best apartments we had during our 10-days stay on Tenerife.

Excellent location with parking space included. Very clean and practical apartment. All contacts over phone / WhatsApp, including when getting the keys, but it works very well - very fast answers - and people are very friendly. We shall check the apartment again next time we go to Santa Cruz

I stayed for one night only and already recommended the apartment, it’s a great option if you wanna spend some days in Santa Cruz, everything is within walking distance, the fact that it has parking space helps a lot. it is very clean and comfortable. it has multiple rooms, the kitchen is very well equipped. we had wine, coffee and water given as a courtesy from the house. that was nice. the communication with the host was very good and efficient. they atended our needs very promptly.
