Very bright, spacious and homely 3 bedroom duplex penthouse in one of the most beautiful urbanizations in Jávea, Moreras del Saladar, and only 5 minutes walk to the famous Arenal beach with its restaurants and bars The apartment has 3 large bedrooms with cabinets (and hangers) and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower and the other with a bath. Large living room with access to the terrace and overlooking the pool, where you can enjoy wonderful breakfasts watching the sun rise. On the upper floor there is another more intimate and private terrace. Kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils to make you feel at home, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge and freezer, air oven, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, blender, juice squeezer, iron, etc ... It has smart tv with internet connection and wifi with fibre optic throughout the apartment. There is air conditioning and heating in all rooms, board games, bed linen, towels, even to go to the beach or the pool. This apartment is newly decorated, very clean, comfortable and modern.
Our commitment is to make your stay as pleasant and satisfactory as possible, ensuring that in our accommodation you have all the necessary comforts and we will try to promptly resolve any inconvenience that may arise.
