The personnel was very friendly although we had little issues with communication in English via phone, we managed to communicate and they made sure that we had everything we needed. The hotel provided a transfer from the airport which helped a lot since we arrived before midnight. The breakfast was great and the rooms were very clean and quiet. I highly recommend
