Close to the centre of Barbate, the charming apartment El Almendro is located in the countryside apartment complex Rurales la Cartuja composed of 6 holiday apartments with an impressive, shared pool area. Located on the ground floor, the holiday apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, one double bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a fireplace, a television, a baby cot (upon request) and a children's bed. Outside in the communal outdoor area you will find a terrace lined by potted plants, dining tables below a shady pergola, a barbecue and a large pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. Please note, the pool is only open in the summertime. A limited selection of restaurants and supermarkets are located 2.4 km or a 6-minute drive away. You can furthermore reach the lively centre of Barbate, with a wide selection of shops, as well as the golden sand of the beach Playa de Barbate in only 10 minutes driving (or 5 km). One parking space is available for your use. Pets are allowed only with explicit permission from the homeowner. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
