The apartment is just in the heart of Playa Pariso, Opposite the famous hotel Hard Rock Hotel, restaurants with indian, chinese, Italian, mediterranean, etc cuisines and has big shopping centers and a famous cocktail bar(Roca Negra), with souvenir shops and supermarkets. As the name suggests, there are minimarkets and supermarkets just below the apartment and some excellent restaurants and cocktail bars (Roca Negra). You can spend all your holiday without a car as the beach is just below the apartment, a car is only important if you want to go the city area (Playa de las Americas) or the bus stop is just below the apartment to go to the different places of Tenerife. There is option for paid parking also in the premises.
