Great location for all sights of Puerto de La Cruz, quiet side street just back from Lago Martianez complex. Terrace is larger than it appears on the pictures. Internally it is a small but perfectly formed studio apartment with good facilities and plentiful (exceptionally!) hot water. The Fridge / Freezer became dysfunctional during our short stay, and was replaced promptly with a brand new one.
