Two bathrooms with the master bedroom having its own bathroom. The apartment's WiFi can be detected from the beach. The sunsets are impressive, offering a different picture every night. There is a wide variety of beach bars and restaurants within a short walk from the apartment. The car can be left in the private closed garage. The apartment is furnished in a minimalist but comfortable way. Special attention is paid to meticulous cleaning and bedding. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a large laundry room with a new washing machine and a hot water boiler. The entire apartment has been renovated just a couple of years ago. The pool is open from June 15 to September 15, there is a main pool and a children's pool. There is also a tennis court available upon reservation. The Urbanization is carefully monitored, well maintained and never crowded.

I am an Italian Spanish teacher, I have lived over 30 years in the UK. I have been coming to Salobreña and overall Andalucía for a long time now. I have now managed to move over here to "la Costa Tropical" which I love and I am eager to share my knowledge and my passion for his place as well as giving an excellent service and experience to my Guests.
