Really liked the outside toilet and shower, in the sun. Brilliant. And the fact that the area is so open so not bumping into other guests all the time. Very relaxed and unimposing.

Our eco-farm is perched between avocado orchards and banana plantations. Within 30 mins walk you'll be at the sea and in 15 mins at the nearest shops, town. The space is both private and open, with majestic 180 degree mountain views, and 180 ocean views. At night, the clear air allows for an amazing view of the stars in a calm and quiet area. The window of your room looks into the terraced orange garden. Apart from your private terrace outside your room, there are many great chill spots around, good for reading or some laptop time. The room has a double bed and a sofa, great WIFI, USB plugs in each socket, desk and chair, and space for storing clothes and shoes etc. We get plenty of sun in the mornings and throughout the day, and the dining area makes for a great place to barbecue or even a fire in the evening. We have a garden shower and toilet, with running, warm water and a view of the sky. It is shared with two other rooms in the same building. Your kitchen and roof terrace are located above you. The kitchen is equiped with cutlery, pans, cups and plates (dishes are washed by yourself). The gasstove has two large pits. In your room, will be a bottle of spring-water waiting for you. The kitchen will have filtered water available free of charge. We can also wash clothes on request. We encourage guests to take a look around our finca and feel at home, make friends with the animals and see how traditional canarian agriculture continues to adapt for a sustainable future.
We are a small group of friends, who have transformed a traditional Canarian farm to a volunteer eco-farm. We host all types of travelers and give them a more authentic experience of Tenerife. Apart from our rooms, we upcycle our old vans into comfy guest or volunteer spaces. Even though you have a lot of privacy, you can choose to meet a lot of good people around. Our atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly.
Valley Guímar, a hidden gem halfway between the sunny south and Santa Cruz. Surrounded by lush green mountains that roll down towards the blue sea, our "finca" (farm) is a secluded space where you can marvel at the forces of nature, from calm breeze in the summer sun to restless winds - it never gets boring! There are local attractions, like the Pyramids of Guímar and the ocean, as well as great trails and tracks all over the mountains. We are passionate about sharing our local knowledge, so don't hesistate to ask.
