The Finca Rosita is new, bright and magical, just finished. has 3 bedrooms (5 beds, 3 singles and two doubles with 3 bathrooms), including a suite inside which has an amazing bathroom with Iacuzzi ; The Finca is on three floors, with their large terraces from which you can enjoy a beautiful view, and have dinner of course. There is a large swimming pool in tek. Also there is a beautiful and quiet private beach (cala olivera) with a delicious ciringuito that cooks fresh fish, magnificent at sunset. -You can find everything inside the Finca, the pool, the beach, including TV with satellite dish, washing machine, dryer (detergents of all kinds, both to clean the house and to wash the clothes) iron, hair dryer, iron dust, dishwasher, BBQ on the large terrace on the third floor, wireless line. There are bathrooms with everything you need for shower/bath. 3 bedrooms with respective wardrobes, linens and towels.A huge kitchen well appointed with the necessary to cook and set the table. -Its raccomanded for families, as its in an exclusive area in the Golf Club, where you can breathe tranquility, thanks to the presence of the private gards 24 h/7. Its ideal for spending relaxing time

Holiday and relax are indispensable. I just want the house to be restored to me without any harm since it's new..and I've putted my heart on it. Thank you! -Possibility to have a cooking and cleaning lady with an extra to be agreed. - Possibility of late check in/check out on request with a supplement of 50 euro to be paid by the time of the check in to the hostess that will be waiting for you - Discount 10% on weekly permanence 15% on monthly permanence
Nature, beautiful golf, private beach (cala olivera), the view, the magical atmosphere of the finca, located near to the center of Ibiza. The beautiful beaches in the surrounding .. restaurants and beaches like Amante (cala longa), respective beach and Babylons(Sant' Eulalia) club beach all close to my home. For dinner, Ses Escoles, Bambudda, Paloma (Sant' Eulalia)(all close to my home), Brasa (Ibiza center) for lunch or to enjoy the great sunset, Ses Cavallets, CAP Falco, Atzarò (Sant'Eulalia) all on the beach side, the always very animated Blue Marlyn in the cala Jundal. At Botafoch Area: Il Cappuccino, Trattoria del Mar.Always at Cala Yundal there is a place with ciringhito, Yemanjal, on the beach for lunch and sunset. Inside of the golf club there is a private beach, cala olivera with respective ciringuito for lunch and to enjoy the sunset. Also, inside of the golf club there's a beautiful restaurant with great views of the green field in a magical atmosphere where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner with a 10% discount for golf guests. - The house is perfect for a relaxing vacation with your family since it's located in a exclusive and residencial zone with 24h/7 watch.
