Beautiful and new apartment decorated with taste and quality on the main street of the town. Located in a recently built building simulating an old typical Andalusian house. Capacity for up to six people, it offers two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom. The home offers central air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, Wi-Fi and a large, landscaped communal roof terrace with garden furniture and artificial grass. Building with elevator.

ACCOMMODATION RULES: * One day before your arrival we will contact you by WhatsApp to confirm your arrival and delivery of keys * Upon arrival, a deposit will be charged by block on your credit card, which will be released within 7 days after your departure. * The entry time will be from 3:00 p.m., although depending on availability, the time could be brought forward if needed. * Upon departure, you must leave the accommodation in normal conditions of cleanliness, air conditioning units turned off, windows and doors closed, take inside the house and the garbage taken out. * Forbidden to accommodate more people than declared, make noise between 11pm and 10am or play loud music. * Failure to comply with these rules could imply supplements to be deducted from the deposit or the cancellation of the reservation.
