Villa Mar de Arabia is a beautiful semi-detached house located in Las Redes, one of the best areas of El Puerto de Santa Maria. It has 3 double bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds), a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed, 3 full bathrooms, a kitchen, parking for 2 vehicles, and a private garden terrace with outdoor furniture that gives access to the large area. Community pool and tropical gardens. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. It has air acc and central heating and wifi. A really cozy house for families and/or responsible and respectful people over 25 years of age.

ACCOMMODATION RULES: * One day before your arrival we will contact you by WhatsApp to confirm your arrival and delivery of keys * Upon arrival, a deposit will be charged by block on your credit card, which will be released within 7 days after your departure. * The entry time will be from 3:00 p.m., although depending on availability, the time could be brought forward if needed. * Upon departure, you must leave the accommodation in normal conditions of cleanliness, air conditioning units turned off, windows and doors closed, take inside the house and the garbage taken out. * Forbidden to accommodate more people than declared, make noise between 11pm and 10am or play loud music. * Failure to comply with these rules could imply supplements to be deducted from the deposit or the cancellation of the reservation.
