I booked this room for my 23 year old daughter who was trying to find long term accommodation in Madrid. The apartment is super clean and in a great location. The host, Simone, is incredible and went to great lengths to help my daughter, all the time making little of his efforts. First class host. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is a cozy flat of 50m2, recently renovated with much love and located in the third floor of a building without elevator. The flat has 2 private rooms and a shared bathroom. My boyfriend and I live in one of the rooms, the other one is the one you can see in the pictures with a New York City Wallpaper and views at 3 of the 5 towers of the Business Center.
Simone and Kris, we are a male gay couple, very friendly and nice. Simone is Italian and works in the Stock Exchange and Finance world, Kris is Spanish, with Peruvian origins, he is dedicated to the Health and Research fields. We usually work from home, in our room or in our studio. We speak English, Spanish, Italian and also a little bit of French.
The neighborhood is really quite and safe, it is located at 3 minutes walking from the 4 Towers Business Center, in the north part of Madrid. It is really well communicated with the city center by public transport (subway, bus, fast train/cercanías) or by taxi at a distance of approximately 4-5 km.
